インプラントには様々な禁忌症があります
医科対診が必要です
インプラントの絶対禁忌として、臨床上有名なものはパジェット病です。その他、医科で放射線治療した後、糖尿病・骨粗しょう症・クマリン（ワーファリン）患者などはよく聞く診断ですが絶対禁忌とはされていません。※１

Absolutely contraindications for implantation are Paget’s disease. Irradiated jaw, Diabetes mellitus,Osteoporosis , Treatment with coumarin preparations(Wafarin) are not absolutely contraindications.
インプラントの治療計画立案の前に
診断においては、側方遠距離X線撮影は矢状間距離関係と下顎翼状突起の形を正確な情報を伝えます。補綴設計では、1歯欠損であればワックスアップなしにそのまま本物の被せものを設計できます。インプラント支持による補綴は顎咬合機能を失った患者さんの機能回復補綴としては有力な選択肢なのです。ちなみに、特定の状況下では、歯槽骨吸収を予防する目的で骨の完全治癒を待たないままインプラント埋入術を同時に行います。インプラント埋入術に際して、喫煙者は傷が治りづらいのですが、絶対禁忌ではありません。 ※２

A lateral teleradiograph offers reliable information on interalveolar distance, sagittal relationship and the symphyseal shape.Individual teeth can something be replaced without wax modelling(WAX UP). Fixed dentures anchored with implants may represent the only prosthodontic option for rehabilitation of patients with impaired oro-motor function.In certain circumstances, implantation for resorption prophylaxis may be required before completion of skeletal bone growth.Smoking often causes impaired wound healing;however, it is not a contraindication for implantation.
